VENEZIA
"La Serenissima" as Venice is known, is the most visited city on earth, inspiring countless songs and works of arts. An excursion to this town is the most popular from this part of Istria.
The journey starts in morning hours.
The ride on the boat, during which professional guides present the programme and the town itself, lasts a comfortable 2.5 hrs.
The sightseeing is guided, and includes the Grand Canal, the square and church of St.Mark, the Bridge of Sighs, the Dodge’s Palace, Rialto and Murano, the section of the world famous glass factory situated on St.Mark’s square.
Options offered at extra charge are: a meal, a gondola ride and a ride in the water taxi.
Return to Rovinj is in the evening.
THE TOUR OF ISTRIA
Istria, the largest peninsula in Croatia, is a picturesque mosaic of beautiful towns and hamlets, vineyards and olive groves.
The highlight of this mosaic is Pula, a city of ancient history. It used to be an important trading and administrative centre to which the numerous monuments testify today, like the Amphitheatre, Temple of Augustus, Golden Gate, many churches, museums, galleries and palaces.
Motovun is a mediaeval town built upon a hill. It is a world famous town of mushroom truffles.
Grožnjan, a town surrounded by the magical white lands and green hills, is a home of many domestic and foreign artists. Grožnjan is proud of its palaces, wooden citadels and old churches.
The excursion includes sightseeing with a professional guide, who will share his knowledge with you during the bus ride.
BRIONI
The National Park of Brioni consists of 14 islands and islets of enchanting natural beauty and rich archaeological sites, which complete the long historical story of our charming Istria.
The tour visits Veli Brijun. Ride with the tourist train will drive you through the safari park in which many wild animals live. You will visit the archaeology museum, the Byzantine castrum from the 2nd century, and the summer Roman residence from the 1st century.

POSTOJNA CAVE & LIPICA STUD FARM
Excursion starts in morning hours with the sightseeing of the magnificent Postojna Cave, with its enchanting interior created by nature over millennia.
Beautiful galleries and halls can be visited on foot and on the cave’s tourist train.
Here you can also see the Proteus fish (proteus anuinus), the world renowned inhabitant of the cave.
Lipica stud farm is situated in ancient lime and oak woods. It is the cradle of Lipicaners, horses which have been bred here for already 400 years.
The excursion includes the tour of the stud farm and a show programme with horses.

FISH PICNIC
Take a closer look at the beautiful Istrian coast and its coves.
Join the happy sailors in a glass of real homemade wine, and sing mesmerised with the waves of azure blue.
You will drop anchor off the coast; eat fish of the northern Adriatic, (it is also possible to have a meat menu) barbecue, take a swim and have a rest soaking up the warmth of sun’s rays on your face. Relax, and experience the real primal charms of the northern Mediterranean.
