The seamless blend of tradition and modernity is accented throughout the hotel, which boasts finely restored antique furniture, centuries old stone walls and exposed beams, as well as wi fi and air conditioning.

Sumptuous breakfast is served on the shaded patio behind the hotel and in the stone-paved reception and lounge area; at night this turns into a lounge bar where guests can have a quick drink or sample wines from our small but well-stocked wine cellar and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

Our 23 standard rooms, three family rooms and one suite are decorated in tranquil earthy tones, with elegant wrought iron beds, yet each is one of a kind, with hand-picked antique wardrobes and dressers. All rooms have modern en suite bathrooms with bathtubs or showers, air-conditioning and free wi fi.

Tucked away and hidden from view, our secret garden beckons you into an oasis of flowers, fresh air and serenity. 
In the morning, breakfast is served under the sail canopies that provide shade and intimacy, and at night the garden becomes a unique lounge bar where you can relax in comfortable Unopiu’ armchairs. 
An excellent place to start an evening with a glass of champagne or round one off with a nightcap.

Rooftop Suite (21 m2)

The flagship room of our hotel – with breathtaking view of the sea over charming Rovinj roofs. Attic cosyness under very high ceiling makes this suite a perfect hideaway on top of steep stairs, like castle tower in fairy tales.

Family Suite (35 m2)

We offer few standard connecting rooms (see Classic Room description) but our Family Suite has one entrance, 2 rooms and apartment feel since it is located on a separate hallway. Family Suite is perfect choice for family with small kids. In both rooms of Family Suite beds can be set up in either double or twin setting.

Classic Room (14 – 21 m2)

Comfortable, cosy and full of natural light. Each room is unique in size, position and views – and you will feel the history of the building and charm of the past – yet in the modern professional furnishing. Earth colours and natural materials are signature of our brand. All our beds are double. We also offer twin setting on request.
