Explore the flavours of Croatian national cuisine at Burin or savor the sizzle of the Oleander or Laurel Grill. Those on a liquid diet should try the piano bar.

HOTEL RESTAURANT

Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m.. Enjoy an array of hot and cold dishes, fruit, salads and cereals suitable for fans of the traditional, continental and Mediterranean diets.

If you are vegetarian, diabetic or need nutritionally enhanced dishes, just ask one of our staff members. They can make you a picnic basket too.

Dinner is served from 6.30 p.m. until 9.30 p.m.

BURIN

The National Restaurant Burin serves a selection of Istrian dishes, from traditional hand rolled Fuži pasta with truffles to locally cured ham and prime cuts of Istrian beef called Boškarin. Savour it with a local red wine, Teran, or enjoy a crisp and fresh white wine, Malvazija, with fish and shellfish from Lim Bay, just a few miles north of Rovinj.

OLEANDER GRILL (POOLSIDE)

Perfect for a quick and light lunch during the day. Refresh yourself with a salad or a soup or treat yourself to a slice of prosciutto ham with a few locally grown olives and artichokes on the side.

As the sun sets, the menu changes to richer dining options like grilled fish steaks in asparagus sauces or butterfly prawns, served with a seaside breeze.

LAUREL GRILL

Tucked in a bit further from the hotel, in the Punta Corrent pine forest, the Laurel Grill is known for its relaxed atmosphere and perfectly grilled scampi. For those in need of serious protein, there is a large selection of barbequed meats. Throw in a refreshing salad and enjoy a complete summer lunch.

BARS

Wake up and smell the coffee at Muntrav Caffeteria, spend your day by the poolside with refreshments from the pool bar or whet your whistle before dinner at the Aperitif or Animation Bar.

Covered in by the ample shade of the pine forest park, the playful curves of the pool offer refreshment in the summer with a salty breeze coming from the natural stone and pebble beach only a few steps away.
