Situated in the village of Svetvincenat, house is newly renovated and originally preserved. It offers a unique experience to live the daily life of original Istrian inhabitants. The house is situated on two floors and is suitable for a group of 8 people. At the ground floor, there is a kitchen with dining room, living room with SAT TV, bathroom and hallway to the private courtyard where you can relax in peace and quiet. On the first floor there is sleeping area: two en-suite double rooms. One twin room and one double room sharing one bathroom.

Outdoor swimming pool of 15m2 is under construction.                                              

Casa Sanvincenti is located in the heart of Svetvincenat, with stunning view on the main square with wonderful medieval castle Palazzo Grimani, 18th century, loggia and beautiful Renaissance church. The square and castle are often a scenario for varied programs and cultural events during summer months. In the village you will find a couple of coffee bars, pizza bars, a  restaurant, two general stores, post office and a pharmacy.
