VILLA SALAMON 

is located in the renaissance town Svetvincenat Savičenta, San Vincenti. These are the three names of one place, all derived from the name of its patron, Hispanic martyr. St. Vincent, located in the south of central Istria. Svetvinčenat is one of the Istrian jewels known for its dominative castle of Morisin-Grimani family.

Beautiful property 96,000 m2, surrounded by vineyards and meadows, is a charming location for villa  Salamon, a place where everyone can find peace and relaxation. Wake up with bird singing, far away from everyday life, walk in the forest, discover the magic of nature. This impressive property was completely renovated in 2011. It consists of 2 stone houses capacity of 8 beds. Houses have 4 doubble rooms of which one has a child bed. In well tended garden, filled with plants and greenery of Istrian region, and surrounded by a high wall which offers complete privacy, beside 2 houses there is also a large swimming pool (dimensions 10x6).
 

HOUSE 1:

The stone house has 2 floors with total area of 90 m2. It consists of a ground floor where are bathroom and kitchen with dining room, which is decorated with a large open fireplace. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a child bed.

HOUSE 2:

On the ground floor there is a large living room for watching television and a bathroom. Up to two rooms located on the first floor you arrive by external stone staircase. Rooms are fully equipped, spacious, airy, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The total area of the house is 150 m2.
 

Terms and Conditions 

• Villa Salamon is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise check the price and availability.
• Check in (arrival) 17:00, check-out (departure) 10:00
• Total capacity of 8 people
• Children are welcome

• No smoking allowed inside the building                    
• Pets are not allowed
• Deposit on arrival(in case of damages) 500,00 eur
• Bed linen and towels are available (changed weekly)
-Villa Salamon is rented only as a single unit, it is not possible to rent just one house

It is important to note that the objects are fully equipped and daily rent includes final cleaning and energy costs during your stay.

All reservations are considered confirmed only after receiving the deposit. The deposit required as confirmation of the reservation is not refunable in case of cancellation. The reservation will be confirmed via e-mail.

is accepted only in cash, the full amount of the stay must be paid on arrival, during check in.
