Holiday house "La Scaletta"

The "La Scaletta" is situated in a quiet area of Rovinj.Sea is 200 meters away,and  the historic old town with its high bell tower about 150 m. A few doors from  "La Scaletta" you can enjoy some of the very fine restaurants, with the typical Istrian and Italian specialties.

There is a big supermarket just 50 m from the house.
In the small harbour ,which is just 200 m away, you can find traditional boats,discover the inviting coast line and beautiful places to explore, for example the Lim fjord, Porec or the famous Brijuni Islands.

In the port of Rovinj there are  ferry boats crossing every hour to take you to some beautiful beaches, which are situated on Red island,20mins drive, and Katarina island,3mins drive from town. The pier is just 50 m away from the house.
Rovinj offers extensive sports facilities, such as great tennis facilities only 500 m from the "La Scaletta".

A unique experience is a journey through the local forest park „Punta Corrente“ , very near to"La Scaletta ". It is known for its rich flora and  very popular walkways and cycling routes.Here there are the beaches the Lone cove,the Golden cape and Scaraba,around 200 m from the house.
