House “Sun” is near the centre of the town, so is suitable for people who like to take a walk to the centre, cca. 10 min, stress-free searching of parking places.

House “Sun” has eight apartments, heating and air-conditioning, and is favourable to stay in all seasons.

Apartments for three persons are situated 600 m from the centre of town Rovinj and 500 m from the first beach. They have 58 m2 and are situated on the first floor of the house. The terrace is equipped with the terrace furniture. A parking place is ensured. There is a possibility for open-air barbecue.

-clothes wash, ironing and cleaning.

                                                                       APARTMENT A4

Apartments for four persons are situated 600 m from the centre of town Rovinj and 500 m from the first beach. They have 68 m2 and are situated on the second floor. The terrace is equipped with the terrace furniture. A parking place is ensured. There is a possibility for open-air barbecue.

                                                                     STUDIO A2

Studio apartments for two persons are situated 600 m from the centre of town Rovinj and 500 m from the first beach. They have 54 m2 and are situated on the ground floor so they are accessible for persons with invalidity. The terrace is equipped with the terrace furniture. A parking place is ensured. There is a possibility for open-air barbecue.

 

                                                                     STUDIO A3

Studio apartments for three persons are situated 600 m from the centre of town Rovinj and 500 m from the first beach. They have 58 m2 and are situated on the first floor of the house. The terrace is equipped with the terrace furniture. A parking place is ensured. There is a possibility for open-air barbecue.

 1,00 eur , children from 12-18 half price. Guest registration is paid single 2,70 eur per person.

 

Studios and apartments  are being rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise check availability. All the studios are fully equipped, and the daily rent includes the final cleaning and the cost of house bills during the stay.

Reservation is considered valid after the deposit has been paid, and it is not refundable in the case of cancellation. The confirmation of reservation will be delivered to you via e-mail.

Payment for individual guests:

Is acceptable only in cash, the full amount of the stay must be paid on arrival, during check in.
