Apartment Anavi

Apartment Anavi is situated in the quiet part of town Rovinj, in the neighbourhood called Centener and is only 250 meters distance from one of the nicest town beaches called Cuvi. The city centre is only 15 minutes walk and the first grocery store is close by.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. Size is 60 m2. It consists of a bedroom, living room with SAT / TV, it is air conditioned, it has heating, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a bathroom with shower. In front of the house is a patio for outdoor time, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The house is fully fenced and is very suitable for families with children. It is allowed to bring pets (extra charge) and smoking inside the apartment is also allowed.

Apartments are being rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise check availability. All the apartments are fully equipped, and the daily rent includes the final cleaning and the cost of house bills during the stay.

Reservation is considered valid after the deposit has been paid, and it is not refundable in the case of cancellation. The confirmation of reservation will be delivered to you via e-mail.

Payment for individual guests:

The deposit has to be paid when making the reservation and the rest has to be paid 30 days before arrival. In case of late booking all the amount has to be paid when making the reservation.
