Apartment Maja

Studio apartment Maja, for 2 persons, is  located on Cocaletto area, near the sea and the nature reserve Palud. Apartman is located in a new building, on the ground floor; it is illuminated and fully equipped. It has a large and comfortable double bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, kettle, gas stove, satellite TV, radio. In the apartment guests can find small things like towels, soap, shampoo, washing powder for clothes and dishes, fruit, coffee, sugar and salt. At the entrance to the building there is a private parking place. For guests in the apartment there are also two bikes.  The apartment has also got a small terrace so pets are allowed.

Apartment is  rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise check availability. It is fully equipped, and the daily rent includes the final cleaning and the cost of house bills during the stay.

Reservation is considered valid after the deposit has been paid, and it is not refundable in the case of cancellation. The confirmation of reservation will be delivered to you via e-mail.

Payment for individual guests:

The deposit has to be paid when making the reservation and the rest has to be paid 30 days before arrival. In case of late booking all the amount has to be paid when making the reservation.
