VILLA DINA

Villa Dina is a delightfully cosy stone cottage for 8-10 persons situated in village Pinezici , consisting of only a few houses and surrounded by rural countryside, where you can enjoy complete relaxation in peace and tranquility. In the garden is a charming stone built summer kitchen with BBQ - ideal for outdoor meals during the day or in the evening and 9,5x4,5m swimming pool with a few Mediterranean trees around. Pula is only 13 km distant, Vodnjan 7 km, where you can find excellent restaurant , nearest sea is 10 km away in Duga Uvala and in the evenings Pula, Rabac and Labin are are excellent for eating, drinking .... There is a possibility of buying local produce from the farmers (fresh eg, wine, olive oil...)

Villa features

On the right side of the ground flooeris a spacious kitchen with dinning area. The furniture in the kitchen is made from natural wood and is fully-equipped with an oven , fridge and dishwasher; next to the kitchen is a storage room and the stairs to the upper floor. On the left side of the ground floor is armchairs plus SAT/TV and DVD player. Next to this is a shower room/WC with washing machine. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a double bedrom and shower room. Stairs lead to the spacious top floor bedroom with sloping ceilings; this has two single beds both of which have an additional bed which pulls out - making a total of 4 beds. Outside, int he fron of the house, is a lawn and a summer house with BBQ; the front garden extends to another area with a 9,5x4,5m swimming pool with a few Mediterranean trees around.
