Apartments are situated on the northern side of the town, in a detached house which distances only 100 m from the sea, and they have private parking places. Away from everyday rush, the apartments offer you a quiet holiday. Apartments are just 20 min walk from the centre of the town where it’s teeming with life and people.

Apartment A 4+1, surface 100m2, is situated on the first floor. It consists of two double bedrooms of which one has a separate bathroom with direct entrance from the bedroom and a terrace, and the other one has a bathroom and a terrace with the entrance from the hall. Extra beds are in the living room, as couch beds. Apartment has a beautiful big terrace which is sunbathed almost all the day, and it has a sea view and a view of the Rovinj old town. Apartment has got air conditioning, central heating and SAT-TV.

Apartment A 4+1, surface 100m2, is situated on the second floor of a detached house, and it distances just 100m of a pebble beach. It consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen and it has a beautiful big terrace which is sunbathed almost all the day, and it has a sea view and a view of the Rovinj old town. It is ideal for a family of four persons. Infront of the house there are parking places.

Apartment has got air conditioning, central heating and SAT-TV.

Apartments  are being rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise check availability. All the apartments are fully equipped, and the daily rent includes the final cleaning and the cost of house bills during the stay.

Reservation is considered valid after the deposit has been paid, and it is not refundable in the case of cancellation. The confirmation of reservation will be delivered to you via e-mail.

Payment for individual guests:

Is acceptable only in cash, the full amount of the stay must be paid on arrival, during check in.

terms & conditions of payment to be  asked in the agency where the accomodation has been reserved.
