Villa Bošket is situated in the small village Vižinada, high above the Mirna Valley and 20 km distance from Poreč. It is located on a 7000 m² plot of land, it is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. This exclusive property with breathtaking panoramic view is waiting for you. In 2013 the 230 m² house has been renovated and great attention has been paid to details of Istrian country house style. Special emphasis was placed on the use of local materials.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with LCD TV, a bedroom with double bed and two bathrooms. On the first floor there are 3 additional bedrooms (2 x double, 1 x bunk bed), furnished in Istrian country house style. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom with shower / toilet or bath / toilet.
The well-kept spacious garden with exotic flowers offers complete privacy and is surrounded by green meadows and forests. Near the pool there is also a covered BBQ area with rustic furniture.
On the property there is also a small playground for children and an enclosed parking for 4 cars.
At the large pool with Jacuzzi you can relax and enjoy the sun. From the pool there is a fantastic view of the fertile Mirna valley and the hills behind it with the picturesque little towns Motovun, Grožnjan and Oprtalj.
Your host is known for its excellent wines and olive oils. He gladly gives you a glimpse into his work. If desired, you can learn all about the cultivation of grapes and olives as well as their processing. He offers also wine degustation in his winery or tours through his vineyards.
The centre of Vižinada with a mini-market, post office, ATM, taverns and coffee bars are about 500 m away from the Villa.
For bike enthusiasts, there are 4 bikes available, with which you can do the shopping in the village or explore the surroundings. Only 50 m below the house runs the most famous cycle way of Istria, the Parenzana. It runs along the old railway line from Trieste to Porec. Numerous viaducts and tunnels make this route a special experience. We highly recommend the section of Vižinada via Motovun and Livade up to Grožnjan (about 36 km).
