Villa Kata is an enchanting villa with beautiful stone architecture which blends in perfectly with the surrounding Istrian countryside. Its traditional style and reclaimed stone and oak beams used for construction give it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. A large landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants surrounds the house, and is framed with a stone wall; the front garden extends to another area with a 12m x 6m swimming pool.

On the left side of the ground floor is a spacious full equipped kitchen. On the right side is the living room with stone fireplace, sofas and SAT/TV. Next to this is a separate toilet. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, with two shower/toilet rooms. There is balcony with beautiful sea view. Stairs lead to the top floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the front of house is the 6 x 12 m2 swimming pool, and covered terrace with small summer kitchen and grill. A beautiful stone wall surrounds the garden which is planted with olive and grass.
