VILLA TINA 

Villa Tina is situated in a beautiful and quiet little village called Brajkovici, which counts only 94 inhabitants and has got 32 family houses. The size of the house is 140 m2,and the garden is 650 m2 large. Placed in the framework of the nature’s beauty, indented from the main road, Brajkovici are only 12 km from the enchanting fishermen town Rovinj.

Established between the 3rd and 5th centuries, the town was originally named Castrum Rubini. Located on an island, it was protected by cliffs from the sea and by solid walls from the mainland. Castrum Rubini was concentrated around the church now known as St Euphemia, but originally St.George’s. With the town’s expansion on to the mainland in the17th century, the passage which separated the two parts was filled in.

The rich history and the rule of numerous nations, from Histrions, the Roman Empire, the Byzantine Empire, Lombards, Franks, the Venetian Republic, the Austro-Hungarian monarchy, Italy and Croatia within the former Yugoslavia, have all contributed to the town’s unique appearance. The buildings stand tightly together side by side, reaching high into the skies, all connected with cobbled streets and small, melancholic town squares.

Villa Tina was built in 2013 and it simply sparkles with freshness and style. It can accommodate 6 people, and it has 1 extra bed. The swimming pool is 24 m2. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove and oven, two types of toasters, kettle and washing machine. In the living room there is a smart TV, stereo with speakers inside and outside in the garden, and free WIFI internet. The nearest grocery store is at a gas station in Sošići, 500m, for basics. The nearest larger supermarket is 3 km away in the Village of Rovinj. Here there are also restaurants. The closest restaurant pizzeria is 1 km from the house in the village Putini. Beaches are in Rovinj, stone, rocky, pebble, sunbathed or hidden in shade.

• Villa Tina is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise check the price and availability.
• Check in (arrival) 15:00, check-out (departure) 10:00
• Total capacity of 6+1 people
• Children are welcome

• No smoking allowed inside the building                    
• Pets are not allowed
• Deposit on arrival(in case of damages) = 300,00 eur
• Bed linen and towels are available (changed weekly)


It is important to note that the object is fully equipped and daily rent includes final cleaning and energy costs during your stay.

All reservations are considered confirmed only after receiving the deposit. The deposit required as confirmation of the reservation is not refunable in case of cancellation. The reservation will be confirmed via e-mail.
