VILLA JANA

Villa Jana is a brand new (built 2013) charming, one level (ground floor) property of 150 m2, located in the picturesque village of Šorići, 10 minutes drive from the famous town Rovinj. Villa Jana is located in a quiet area just off of the large crowds, but central to the highlights of the Istrian tourism and many tourist attractions.

The whole area is enclosed with a fence and planted with lavender, fruit and olive trees. The house has 3,5×7 m swimming pool, providing a maximum relaxation for you. The pool is located just in the front of the house, in a sunny area with great views of the surrounding nature.

Settled in the village Šorići, the villa promises privacy and is away of the crowds. Village Šorići is a part of 22 villages which form the municipality of Kanfanar. It is a beautiful place surrounded by nature , where residents are directed towards the cultivation of healthy food . Kanfanar would most recommend for those who are lovers of nature, green meadows and all those activities associated with nature.
All those who love walking, hiking, bike riding can feel free to pay a visit to Kanfanar. It will definitely meet your expectations. Best of all is that the whole region is adapted to this type of tourism , and for all those who wish a little sea air there is the beautiful coast just a few kilometers away.
Best of all, in the nearness of Kanfanar there are so many other sites that you can see and enjoy, for example the abandoned town called Dvigrad. Dvigrad is considered to be the most interesting and above all valuable archaeological sites in the region.
In fact it is a medieval town, which in the mid- 17th century, the inhabitants abandoned due to the plague, after which they moved to the nearby Kanfanar . The remains of the city still give the impression of the former fortress mainly because of walls and towers at the entrance.

• Villa Jana is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise check the price and availability.
• Check in (arrival) 15:00, check-out (departure) 10:00

• Children are welcome

• No smoking allowed inside the building                    
• Pets are not allowed
• Deposit on arrival (in case of damages)
• Bed linen and towels are available (changed weekly)


It is important to note that the object is fully equipped and daily rent includes final cleaning and energy costs during your stay.

All reservations are considered confirmed only after receiving the deposit. The deposit required as confirmation of the reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation. The reservation will be confirmed via e-mail.
