Apartments Elda

This beautiful new built house, in which there are rooms and apartments, Elda is located in the city centre, between the old town and astonishing beaches of Rovinj Golden Cape (Punta Corrente ) and Lone beach and Cuvi cove. Only few steps away from the pier from which start regular shuttles to Red Island and St. Catherine start. The islands are known for their sunbathed beaches, restaurants, bars, entertainment and children's playgrounds.  The house is located in an ideal place for families, couples and singles.

Parking place, rooms and apartments have air conditioning, heating, TV / SAT,free wi-fi.

The apartment has four beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons in the living room. It has a terrace with a beautiful sea view and a view at the old town . Bathroom is with shower. Air conditioned.

 

Studio Apartment A 2 +1

The apartment has three beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa . It also has a small kitchen.

Bathroom is with shower. Air conditioned.

 

Rooms with bathroom

Rooms have either a double bed or two twin beds. They have bathrooms, each their own, with shower. They are air conditioned.

 

 

Apartments  are being rented weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise check availability. All the apartments are fully equipped, and the daily rent includes the final cleaning and the cost of house bills during the stay.

Reservation is considered valid after the deposit has been paid, and it is not refundable in the case of cancellation. The confirmation of reservation will be delivered to you via e-mail.

 

Payment for individual guests:

The deposit has to be paid when making the reservation and the rest has to be paid 30 days before arrival. In case of late booking all the amount has to be paid when making the reservation.
